Greatest Album Cover Ever.
Porter Wagoner has a number of different album covers in the running for that title.
I came to this song by way of "Whisperin' Bill" Anderson. His vocals, to me at least, just have a bit more of an edge, especially those little beads of perspiration that dot her clothes. And I should know, cause I'm Mr. Jones. :-)

As much as I love Porter Wagoner, Manfred may just have a point here.
Anderson's delivery makes him sound like an ultra-creepy stalker dude who giggles with satanic glee while doing unspeakable things.
Let's not forget the on-the-ground research that has been done to show us what the apartment on this album cover looks like in modern times...
